I have always been inspired to learn when it comes to health and nutrition. Out of personal interest I formalized this knowledge with a Health Science degree at the University of South Australia in 2005. Following this I worked with countless clients in the health and fitness industry both one on one and in groups, empowering people to be responsible for their own wellbeing.
Throughout my teenage years I worked as a model, with an ongoing career spanning from high fashion to commercial advertising. Having clear healthy skin was a must and I craved finding the best natural products, which led me to eventually create my own mixtures using everyday kitchen ingredients.
Being a minimalist in every area of my life, I gravitated towards mixtures and ingredients that were simple yet highly effective. After nearly a decade of using these natural skincare methods I began teaching workshops due to constant requests and I’m continually delighted by the response to my DIY healthy approach to beauty.
Our skin is the largest organ of the body so I never apply anything to my body that I would not eat and I always look to nature when it comes to finding the healthiest option.
